An agency coming to MaXsave is not buying a stack of individual agent accounts. It gets its own floor: a roster with roles, routing by each producer's licenses, a wallet model it chooses, and the boards and statements an owner needs at month end. This page is the tour an owner usually asks for on the application call.
Your floor, your roster
The agency has its own workspace. The owner adds seats and gives each one a role:
- Owner — everything, including who pays for what and who is on the floor.
- Admin — runs the day: roster, routing, call review, reporting.
- Agent — takes calls, works their own contacts, writes applications.
- CSR — handles service calls and tasks on the customer-service line without taking sales calls.
Agents are invited by link, pass the same mic-and-speaker check as everyone else, and are taking calls in the same browser tab within minutes of accepting.
Routing by each producer's licenses
The owner or admin sets licensed states per seat. From there the router treats the floor the way it treats any agent: a caller from Ohio rings the agency's online, Ohio-licensed producers at once, and the first to answer takes the call. A roster with broad state coverage is offered more of the floor's callers. The full rule is in Licensed-state routing.
Who pays for the calls
This is the owner's call, per producer. Each seat is set to pay from the agent's own wallet or from the agency's wallet, and the setting is a click on the roster. The billing rules do not change either way — a qualifying call is settled against whichever balance the seat points at, an unanswered ring costs nothing, and a wallet that runs low pauses the seat rather than billing it. Owners who front the calls see every charge by producer; agents who pay their own way see their own. The mechanics are in How inbound call billing works.
The desk is the CRM
There is no second system to buy. Every call lands on a contact with the recording, transcript and AI summary attached; dispositions, applications and callbacks are logged where the call was taken; two-way texting runs from the same screen with opt-outs handled; the rater is a click away mid-call. Owners can set lead-pool rules so unworked leads flow to the right producer instead of sitting in someone's inbox.
Boards, reporting and commissions
The office TV board shows the floor's production as it happens — who is online, who is on a call, applications and premium written today, this week, this month. Reporting breaks the same numbers down by producer, by source and by date range, and the commission statements are produced by carrier so month-end is a download, not a spreadsheet weekend.
Call review
Every call is recorded with a disclosure before the bridge and is reviewable by the owner and admins: the recording, the transcript and the AI summary on every call, and a graded scorecard against the script when a call is pulled for review. Coaching gets specific because the owner can point to the minute, not the memory.
Bringing agents who are already here
If one of your producers already takes calls on MaXsave as an individual, their seat moves onto your floor with its history intact. Ask us on the application call and we move it.
In one paragraph
Your own floor, seats by role, routing by each producer's licenses, your choice of who pays for calls, and the boards and carrier statements an owner needs — all in the same tab the calls arrive in. Start on the agencies page or send the application.
