The whole point of MaXsave is that you never buy a lead and never dial a number. Someone sees a final expense ad, picks up the phone, and a few seconds later they are talking to you. The question every agent asks next is simple: what does that cost me, and when? This page answers it without a sales pitch.
The one thing you pay for
You are charged for a live caller bridged to you whose call qualifies as billable under the plan you joined. That is the entire list. A ring you did not answer, a caller who hung up before anyone picked up, a call another agent answered first, a callback you place yourself — none of those are charges.
The platform bills on answer-on-bridge. When a call comes in, the browsers of every free agent licensed in the caller's state ring at the same time. The caller is connected to the first agent who answers, and only then does the call exist on anyone's bill. Until that bridge happens, nothing has been bought by anyone.
When the charge actually lands
We buy the calls from the campaigns that generate them, and those sources only charge us when a call meets their own qualifying rules. Your wallet follows the same rule: a call is settled against your balance when it qualifies as billable, not when you hang up. If the source pays us nothing for a call — too short, wrong product, a misdial — you are not charged for it either. That is why there is no refund form on the platform: a call that should not cost you anything was never charged in the first place.
If a charge ever looks wrong, the call, its recording and its transcript are attached to the line on your statement. Tell us which one and we listen to it. If it should not have been charged, the amount goes back into your wallet.
The wallet
Calls are prepaid. Before you can join a plan you put a minimum deposit into your wallet from the Billing page in your desk, and every qualifying call is deducted from that balance. Two things follow from this that agents like:
- Nothing is on credit. You cannot wake up to a bill you did not expect. What you deposited is the most you can spend.
- Running low pauses you, it does not charge you. When your balance drops below the per-call price of your plan, the router skips you for new calls until you add funds. You stay signed in, your callbacks still work, and the moment the balance is back the calls resume.
Call plans
A plan is one source of callers — a TV campaign, a social campaign, a pre-qualified transfer line — with its own per-call price and its own qualifying call length. Both are shown on the plan before you join it. You are on one plan at a time: leave it and join another whenever you want, and the change applies to the next call. The exact numbers live on the plans themselves and on the call after your application, which is why the pricing page explains the model rather than quoting a figure.
What a charge looks like
Every charge is a line on your Billing page with the time, the plan, the amount, and a link to the call. From there you can open the recording, read the transcript and the AI summary, and see the disposition you logged. Month to date, your desk shows the same figures as a cost per application and a close rate, so you always know what the calls are returning.
What agencies should know
An agency can choose, per producer, whether the agent's own wallet or the agency's wallet pays for calls. The billing rules above do not change; only whose balance a qualifying call is settled against. The details are in Joining MaXsave with your agency.
In one paragraph
Prepay a wallet, join one plan, go online. You pay for a live caller on the line with you whose call qualifies, and for nothing else. The price is on the plan, the charge is on your statement with the recording next to it, and running low pauses you instead of billing you.
