Every call opens with a recording disclosure before anything else is discussed.

2. A licensed agent reviews your options

We ask about your age, health, and budget, then walk through what carriers would offer you and what it costs per month.

3. We ask before we ever text you

Near the end of the call your agent asks whether it is okay to follow up by text. Saying no changes nothing about the help you get.

How we use text messaging

MaXsave Insurance sends customer care text messages to people who called us for a final expense quote and told their agent, on that recorded call, that texting was okay. There is no other way to opt in — we do not buy lists, we do not run text sign-up forms, and we never text someone who has not called us first.

Who we text: only consumers who called (888) 561-6302 (or the number in an ad that connected them to us) and verbally agreed to be texted.
What we send: messages about that person’s own quote — confirming details, scheduling a callback they asked for, answering coverage questions, and application status. No promotions, no marketing blasts.
Who it comes from: your agent’s direct line (a San Diego 619 number) or our toll-free number, (888) 561-6302.
How often: message frequency varies by your conversation with us — typically about 2–5 messages per month.
