These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your interactions with MaXsave Insurance, operated by Korkes Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us”). By requesting a quote or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

MaXsave Insurance helps consumers who request quotes review life and final-expense insurance options from licensed carriers. We are an insurance agency; coverage is issued by, and subject to the terms of, the applicable insurance carrier.

Communications consent & text messaging

By providing your phone number and requesting a quote, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and — where you have consented — text message about your inquiry. The messaging program is operated by MaXsave Insurance (Korkes Enterprises LLC) and sends one-to-one, conversational messages about the life or final-expense quote you requested.

Message frequency varies by your conversation with us, typically about 2–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Support is available at saver@maxsaveins.com or (888) 561-6302. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No guarantee of coverage

Requesting a quote or speaking with us does not guarantee that insurance coverage will be offered, approved, or issued. All coverage is subject to carrier underwriting and approval.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or communications. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
