We collect information you provide when you request a quote or speak or text with us, including your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, date of birth, and details relevant to your insurance needs.

- To respond to your insurance quote request and provide coverage options;
- To contact you by phone, email, and text about your inquiry;
- To service any policy you apply for or purchase; and
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Text messaging
If you consent to receive text messages, MaXsave Insurance uses your phone number to send messages related to your insurance inquiry — confirming your information, scheduling callbacks, answering coverage questions, and reviewing your quote options. Message frequency varies by your conversation with us, typically about 2–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in consent is not shared with any third party under any circumstances.
How we share information
We may share your information with licensed insurance carriers and service providers as needed to prepare quotes, submit applications, and service policies, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
