SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

About our text messages

MaXsave Insurance (operated by Korkes Enterprises LLC) sends one-to-one text messages to consumers who have requested a life or final-expense insurance quote from us. Our messages relate directly to that request — confirming your information, scheduling callbacks, answering coverage questions, and reviewing your options. These are conversational, service-oriented messages. We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing blasts.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from MaXsave Insurance verbally, during a phone call that you started.

You call our advertised number to ask about coverage. After we discuss your quote, your agent asks: “Is it okay if I text you about your quote? You can reply STOP anytime.” We only text people who say yes, and we only text you about the inquiry you called us about.

Saying yes is entirely optional. It is never a condition of getting a quote, speaking with an agent, buying a policy, or using anything else we offer — if you would rather not be texted, we will keep working with you by phone in exactly the same way. Calls are recorded, so your answer is retained as part of that recording.

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by your conversation with us — typically about 2–5 messages per month.
