Pricing

Pay per call. Only when it's real.

No lead lists, no dialer seat, no monthly fee to take calls. You prepay a wallet, join one call plan, and you are charged for a call only when a live caller is on the line with you and the call qualifies as billable.

Unanswered ring: nothing. Short call that didn't qualify: nothing.

How it works

Three steps, one number

01

Fund your wallet

Calls are prepaid. You put a minimum deposit in your wallet from the Billing page before you can join a plan; every charge comes out of that balance and shows as a line you can open.

02

Join one call plan

Each plan is one source of callers with its own per-call price and qualifying call length, shown on the plan before you join. One plan at a time — leave it and join another whenever you like.

03

Go online and answer

Callers in your licensed states ring your browser. You are charged for a call only when a live caller is bridged to you and the call qualifies as billable.

You pay for

One thing.

  • A live caller bridged to you whose call qualifies as billable under the plan you joined.

You never pay for

Everything else.

  • A ring you did not answer, or a call another agent answered first.
  • A caller who hung up before anyone picked up.
  • A call that does not qualify as billable on our side — if the call source pays us nothing, you pay nothing.
  • Callbacks you place yourself to a caller you already spoke with.
  • Lead lists, dialer seats, or a monthly fee to be on the floor as a call-taking agent.

The number

Why the price is on the plan, not on this page

A caller from a TV spot, a caller from a social campaign and a pre-qualified transfer are not the same call, so they are not the same price. Each plan states its per-call price and its qualifying call length before you join it.

Prepaid, never on credit

Your wallet is the only money in the system. When it runs below the plan price you are skipped, not billed.

One plan at a time

Join the plan whose callers you want, leave it when you don't. The switch is two clicks on your Call Leads settings.

No refund forms

A call that doesn't qualify is never charged, so there is nothing to claw back. If a charge looks wrong, we review the recording and fix the wallet.

Pricing questions

Why is the per-call price not on this page?+

Because it is not one number. Plans differ by where the callers come from (TV, social, pre-qualified) and by how long a call has to last to count. The exact price of every plan is shown inside the desk before you join it, and we walk through it on the call after your application.

Is there a monthly subscription?+

Agents taking our calls pay per call. There is no lead list to buy and no dialer seat to rent. If you are bringing an agency floor, we talk through the setup on the application call.

What happens if a caller hangs up after a few seconds?+

Whether a short call is charged depends on whether it qualifies as billable under your plan, which follows whether the call source charged us. If it did not, your wallet is not touched. You never file a refund request for a call that was never charged.

What if I think a charge was wrong?+

Every charge is attached to its call, recording and transcript. Tell us which one and we review the recording; if the charge was wrong, the amount goes back into your wallet.

What happens when my wallet runs low?+

When your balance drops below the price of your plan, you are skipped for new calls until you add funds. Nothing is charged on credit and you are never surprised by a bill.

Can I be on more than one plan?+

One plan at a time. Switching is a leave and a join on your Call Leads settings, and takes effect for the next call.

See the plans with your own numbers on them.

Apply, and on the call we open the plans, show you every price, and answer anything this page didn't.
